In our leadership empowerment coaching and team building programs you’ll learn to tap into your dragon, to purposefully use your gifts, supercharging your leadership capabilities and improving your day-to-day work experiences while creating career-growth opportunities for you and your team.
We’re here to unleash the next generation of the C-suite – the dragons that will be the leaders we always needed, that create spaces for everyone, that value authenticity, curiosity and growth. FOUNDER AND CHIEF EMPOWERMENT OFFICER (CEO)
Clair Poletti (she/her)
Clair’s vision began when she explored her own career stumbling blocks. She found herself in a job that didn’t fit, forcing herself to fit the small space she thought was available. So many people find themselves struggling to reconcile this exhausting and difficult balance. But as she freed herself from these constraints and leaned into her authentic self, her natural talents shone through. This was how she connected with her inner dragon, taking up the space she needed and deserved. And with that powerful reframe, she experienced newfound and non-stop success at work.
Armed with this new philosophy and a desire to create a community, she decided to launch the Dragonhood. Clair has more than 25 years of experience leading teams in global and national corporations, and facilitating corporate team building. The Dragonhood brings Clair's unique approach to leadership empowerment coaching and team building to the world. Anyone that feels they are keeping their gifts “in check,” making themselves small with the hope of finally finding success, that feels “othered,” can benefit from coaching and training programs. The Dragonhood helps you spread your wings and fly, helps you take up space, elevate your role, and empower teams wherever you are.
Clair is a strategic healthcare marketing executive with 25+ years of experience leading enterprise marketing, brand transformation, communications, and creative organizations across healthcare and higher education. She has a proven track record driving growth, strengthening corporate brands, leading organizational change, and building high-performing teams within complex matrixed environments. She understands the challenges and opportunities leaders and teams face in a corporate setting. A passionate storyteller, presenter and experienced branding and messaging professional, she loves sharing what she has learned about building positive culture and empowering teams and future leaders with others.
CO-FOUNDER AND CHIEF PERCUSSION ENTRAINMENT OFFICER (CPEO)
William Poletti (he/him)
A life long percussionist with decades of performing and teaching experience, William completed the Remo HealthRhythms Group Empowerment Drumming Facilitator Training certification in 2013 in Edison, N.J. with the foremost leaders in this area: Dr. Barry Bittman, Christine Stevens, and legendary special guest Arthur Hull.
After a successful professional career in the financial industry, at US Bank, Merill Lynch, Prudential, and most recently as an Investment Advisor and Certified Retirement Counselor for Empower Retirement, William left the corporate world to co-found the Dragonhood in 2022. Now completely focused on Group Empowerment Drumming for individuals and groups, William brings his expertise and passions to the Dragonhood corporate training and team building sessions. Enabling access to this incredible modality for building and expanding human potential through Rhythm Entrainment.
CHIEF ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST (COP)
FOUNDER: AWARENESS ACCEPTANCE ACTION LLC
Jennifer Benjamin PhD, LPC (she/her)
Dr. Benjamin completed her doctoral degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Capella University, her masters degree in counseling psychology at Immaculata University, and is a licensed professional counselor. She has multiple areas of training and clinical expertise, and specialty certificates. In addition to being the Dragonhood’s Chief Organizational Psychologist, and managing her private practice, she works as the Associate Director at the Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center. Dr. Benjamin was previously an Adjunct Professor for Rosemont College in the Undergraduate Psychology Program and Graduate Mental Health Counseling Program. She also has 10 years of history as an experiential corporate trainer, coach, and game designer for Action Centered Training.
HEAD OF FIRE-BREATHING (SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONTENT STRATEGY)
Rachel Inabinet (she/her)
Rachel is a librarian, educator, and content strategist with master’s degrees in both Library and Information Science and Political Science. Her career has centered on helping people learn, grow, connect, and feel empowered to take up space in their lives.
Before joining Dragonhood, Rachel worked in Staff Development, where she created training content, designed learning materials, and led classes for staff across her library system. She also served as an Adult Outreach & Event Coordinator, planning and organizing programs for adults across multiple library branches.
For the past three years, Rachel has led Social Media and Content Strategy at Dragonhood, shaping the voice, messaging, and educational content that supports the Dragonhood community. Her background in instruction, outreach, and digital content helps bring clarity, warmth, and purpose to Dragonhood’s online programs.
Growing up in Thailand, Rachel discovered early how deeply she longed to spread her own wings and explore the world. She is thrilled to share her passion for growth, acceptance, authenticity, and awakening your inner dragon with the Dragonhood community.
GUARDIAN OF THE FLAME (BRANDING AND CREATIVE)
FOUNDER: SHANNON OAKLEY CREATIVE + PRODUCTION
Shannon Oakley (she/her)
Shannon serves as an independent Fractional Chief Brand Officer (CBO), offering strategic brand guidance, oversight, and creative services to a diverse set of clients. With more than 20 years of experience in branding, advertising, and marketing, Shannon has successfully undertaken various roles, including strategist, account director, graphic designer, and project manager. This multifaceted expertise enables Shannon to approach projects with creativity while ensuring they remain on budget, on brand, and on time. She excels at delivering outstanding results, and her genuine passion for her craft shines through whether she's shaping brand narratives, overseeing innovative campaigns, or providing strategic guidance.
